1. About these terms
These terms apply to everyone who registers on Free BPO Projects as a freelancer, team, BPO center owner or center agent. By creating an account you agree to them. If you use Free BPO Projects on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
2. What Free BPO Projects is
Free BPO Projects is a work distribution platform. Akontec and its clients publish projects made up of defined tasks. Registered workers who meet each project’s eligibility, training and qualification requirements complete tasks for the payout the project states.
Free BPO Projects is not an employer. Workers are independent contractors and decide when and how much they work.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be 18 or older and legally able to work in India.
- One person may hold one worker account. Duplicate accounts are closed and their unpaid earnings withheld.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
4. Projects and tasks
Each project publishes a work definition, acceptance criteria, payout rule, quality rule and validation method. By accepting a project you agree to follow its instructions. Reserved tasks are held for a limited time and released if not submitted.
5. Earnings
You are paid only for tasks that meet the project’s acceptance criteria and are approved. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on the volume and quality of work you complete. Approved earnings are credited to your wallet; audits may later reverse earnings for work found not to meet the criteria, with the reason recorded in your ledger.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Submitting invented, copied or automated output where manual work is required.
- Sharing client data outside the task screen.
- Paying or asking others to complete qualification tests.
- Misrepresenting Free BPO Projects or charging anyone to join it.
Breaches may lead to suspension, reversal of affected earnings and closure of the account.
7. Confidentiality
Task data belongs to Akontec or its clients. You may use it only to complete the task and must not store, copy or disclose it.
8. Suspension and closure
You may close your account at any time after withdrawing your available balance. We may suspend accounts under investigation for fraud or quality breaches; you will be told the reason and may respond through support.
9. Liability
Free BPO Projects is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the approved but unpaid earnings in your wallet.
