1. No fees from workers
Free BPO Projects does not charge workers any fee for registration, training, certification or withdrawals. There is therefore nothing to refund. Report any request for payment to support.
2. When earnings are credited
A task’s payout is credited to your wallet when the task is approved — immediately for projects with automatic validation, or when a QC reviewer approves it. Submitted tasks awaiting validation show as Pending and cannot be withdrawn.
3. The ledger
Every credit, withdrawal, reversal and adjustment is a separate, permanent ledger entry with a reference ID. Balances are always calculated from the ledger and are never edited directly.
4. Withdrawals
- Minimum ₹500, maximum ₹25,000 per day.
- Paid to a UPI ID or bank account in the name on your KYC.
- Processed same-day payout on working days; you receive the UTR reference.
- Failed or rejected withdrawals are reversed to your wallet in full, with the reason shown.
5. Reversals and adjustments
If an audit finds approved work did not meet the acceptance criteria, the related earnings may be reversed with a ledger entry stating the reason. Adjustments can only be posted by finance staff and are recorded in the audit log.
6. Disputes
You can dispute a rejected task within 7 days from the Disputes page. A senior reviewer decides within 3 working days. If the dispute is accepted, the task is approved and paid.
